Dr. Janice De Vito grew up on Long Island, New York with her parents and older brother, William. She traveled across the country to attend the University of San Diego in southern California where she played soccer and lacrosse and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2009. Dr. De Vito continued her education at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts, where she earned in Doctor of Dental Medicine in 2013. While at Tufts she served at president of the Orthodontic Society and was an active member of the American Association of Public Health Dentistry and the Hispanic Dental Association. She was awarded the Equilibration Award for Excellence in Occlusion and the TMJ to highlight her exemplary work in the clinical management of her patients. Dr. De Vito completed her residency at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in Baltimore, Maryland and her externship at the Children’s Dental Center of Greater Los Angeles in Inglewood, California.
Dr. De Vito is committed to her patients and their families. Her approach to pediatric dentistry is to establish a strong doctor-patient relationship based on trust. Dr. De Vito follows the Guidelines of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry in conjunction with her professional experience to provide the best care possible to her patients.
On her days off, Dr. De Vito enjoys playing soccer, tennis, and the piano. She loves to travel and spends her vacations visiting her family in Italy. Dr. De Vito is engaged to be married to her best friend, Eren. They live in Arlington with their golden retriever dog, Gunner.
